Ordering, OEM & wholesale
Does GearForge sell to consumers?
No. We are a B2B supplier for auto parts distributors and wholesalers, auto accessory retailers, car dealerships, fleet buyers and e-commerce sellers. End users should buy from our customers’ retail channels.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ is quoted per SKU and depends on the pattern (universal or vehicle-specific), material and color, logo method, packaging and documentation. Mixed orders across categories are welcome — see wholesale and the packaging & MOQ section of our sourcing guide.
Can I put my own brand on the products?
Yes. Embroidery, debossing, printed logos, woven labels, branded controllers and housings, custom colors and retail packaging are covered in our OEM & private label program.
Are your products certified?
We do not display certification marks, listings or test data on this site. For 12 V heated seat covers and car air purifiers, electrical and other documentation is available on request and confirmed per SKU and per order for your market before production — see the documentation process.
Do you make vehicle-specific products?
Yes — seat covers, sun shades and snow covers can be patterned for a vehicle list you provide; universal versions are also available. Fit is confirmed on the sample.
How fast do you reply to inquiries?
Typically within 24 hours on working days. Use the inquiry form.
What is the minimum order for private label car accessories?
MOQ is quoted per SKU and depends on how much is customized — an existing universal pattern with your logo starts lower than a vehicle-specific pattern, custom colors or printed retail boxes.
Can you develop vehicle-specific seat covers for our fitment list?
Yes — send the vehicle list; patterns are developed per vehicle range and fit is confirmed on the sample.
Who is responsible for the claims on our packaging?
The brand owner. We print the content your team approves and supply the documentation arranged for each SKU; we do not originate certification, performance or health claims.
Are your seat covers airbag compatible?
Front seats with side airbags need seat covers with an airbag-compatible seam (a tear seam or open section on the airbag side). We make that construction on request, but we do not claim airbag compatibility on this site: whether a cover is suitable for a given seat must be verified by testing for that pattern and vehicle range, and any “airbag compatible” wording on your packaging needs that documentation. Labeling and claims are the brand owner’s responsibility.
Do your heated car seat covers carry UL, ETL, CE, FCC or E-Mark approval?
No certification, listing or approval mark is claimed on this site. Heated seat covers combine a heating element, a controller, wiring and a 12 V plug, so which electrical-safety, EMC, automotive (for example E-Mark in some markets) and chemical documents apply is decided by the destination market and sales channel. Test reports and certification documentation are available on request and are confirmed per SKU and per order with the supplier and an accredited laboratory before production; marks may only be printed once the documentation for that exact SKU is in place. Labeling and product claims are the brand owner’s responsibility. See the compliance process.
Do you have price tiers?
Yes, pricing is tiered by quantity per SKU and confirmed on quotation. No prices are published on this site.
Do you supply dealership accessory programs?
Yes — branded sun shades, seat covers and purifiers for dealer groups, with delivery schedules agreed per order.
Which markets do you serve?
The English site focuses on the US market, and the site is available in 16 languages; we quote other destinations too. Tell us your market and its requirements.
How do I get a catalog?
Request it through the inquiry form with your business details.
Car Seat Covers
Universal or custom-fit seat covers — which should we stock?
Universal covers keep SKU counts low and suit marketplaces and auto parts stores. Custom-fit covers look better and sell at higher prices but need a fitment list and more SKUs. Many programs start universal and add custom-fit patterns for best-selling vehicles.
Which material sells best?
PU leather is the usual premium choice and is easy to clean; polyester and jacquard fabrics cover lower price points; neoprene suits outdoor and sport users. Choose by channel and price point; samples help you compare.
Can you match our vehicle fitment list?
Yes — send make, model, year range, trim and seat configuration. Patterns are developed per vehicle range and fit is confirmed on the sample before production.

Heated Seat Covers
Do heated seat covers drain the car battery?
They draw power from the 12 V socket, so they should be used with the engine running; many buyers specify an auto-off timer. Current draw is measured on the sample per SKU and stated in your manual — we publish no wattage figure here.
How hot does a heated seat cover get?
Surface temperature per level depends on the element, controller and top fabric, so it is measured on the pre-production sample and stated per SKU. No temperature claims are made on this site.
Can you make a 24 V version for trucks?
Yes, 24 V plugs and controllers are quoted on request for truck and fleet channels.
Car Sun Shades
Accordion or umbrella sun shade — which sells better?
Accordion shades are the long-standing store SKU and the cheapest to print; umbrella shades are compact and popular online. Many retailers carry both in two or three sizes.
Do your sun shades block UV or reduce cabin temperature by a set amount?
We publish no UV-blocking, heat-reduction or temperature figures. Any such claim on your packaging needs test documentation for that material and SKU, which can be arranged per order.
When should we order sun shades?
They sell ahead of and during summer in each market, so brief early enough for sampling and production before your season; lead time is quoted per SKU.
Winter Car Accessories
Do you sell ice scrapers or hail car covers on this site?
No. Those products are handled by our sister site flood.tradeglo.net; you can include them in the same inquiry and we route the request.
Can we bundle winter products?
Yes — a snow cover with a heated seat cushion is a common bundle; packaging and barcodes are set per bundle SKU.

Do magnetic snow covers scratch paint?
Magnets are sewn into fabric pockets so they do not touch the paint directly; placement and covering are checked on the sample. End-user instructions should say to clean the surface before fitting.
What is the difference between a windshield snow cover and a sun shade?
A snow cover is an exterior winter cover that keeps snow and frost off the glass; a sun shade is an interior summer product that sits behind the windshield. They are separate SKUs with different materials.
Can you add our logo and a reflective strip?
Yes — logo print or labels, reflective strips and a printed pouch are common options.

Interior Accessories
Which interior products do you supply?
Car air purifiers in this category, plus car seat covers, heated seat covers and sun shades in their own categories. Ask on the inquiry form for other interior items.
Can interior products ship in one order?
Yes — mixed orders across categories are common; each SKU is quoted separately.

Car Air Purifiers
What CADR or filtration efficiency do your car air purifiers have?
We publish no CADR, filtration-efficiency, particle-size or ozone figures and no health claims. Those values depend on the exact fan, filter media and housing, and must come from test reports for that SKU. Testing and documentation (for example ozone-emission requirements for ionizer models in some markets, or electrical/EMC documents) can be arranged per order for your market — see the compliance process.
Can you supply spare filters under our brand?
Yes — spare cartridges in branded packs are quoted per SKU and suit repeat sales on marketplaces.
Can we sell an ionizer model?
Possibly — ozone emissions from ionizer models are regulated in some markets, so the documentation path for your markets is confirmed per SKU before production. Filter-only models avoid this.
Sourcing & Specs Guide
PU leather or fabric seat covers — which should we choose?
PU leather suits premium positioning and easy cleaning; fabric suits lower price points, breathability and wide color ranges. Compare on samples for your channel.
Why does a vehicle-specific program take longer?
Each vehicle range needs its own pattern and fit check on a sample before production, on top of normal artwork and packaging steps.
