OEM & private label car accessories your brand on seat covers, sun shades, snow covers and more

Launch or extend a car accessories line under your own brand without building the supply chain yourself. GearForge handles pattern and material selection, sampling, logo application, packaging and the documentation path for car seat covers, heated seat covers, sun shades, windshield snow covers and car air purifiers — you own the brand, the claims and the customer.

  • Existing universal patterns or your own vehicle-specific patterns
  • Materials, colors, stitching, print and hardware
  • Logo, labels, manuals, warnings and retail packaging
  • Documentation path confirmed per SKU for your market

How an OEM program runs

  1. Brief: products, vehicles or size ranges, markets, channels (auto parts stores, dealerships, marketplaces), price points, quantities, season and the documents your retailer, marketplace or distributor requires.
  2. Proposal & quote: we propose patterns and materials, identify which documents apply to each SKU, and quote by SKU, including MOQ and lead time.
  3. Samples: stock samples first, then pre-production samples in your materials, colors, logo and packaging; fit is checked on the sample.
  4. Artwork: logos, labels, installation guides, warnings and packaging dielines; your team approves every proof and every claim.
  5. Production & inspection: mass production with in-line checks and pre-shipment inspection; third-party inspection welcome.
  6. Shipping: FOB or other terms as agreed; mixed orders across categories possible.

What can be customized

Seat covers: pattern and fit, material, stitching and colors, airbag-seam construction, hardware. Heated seat covers: heating layout, controller and levels, plug and cable, top fabric. Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum order for private label car accessories?

MOQ is quoted per SKU and depends on how much is customized — an existing universal pattern with your logo starts lower than a vehicle-specific pattern, custom colors or printed retail boxes.

Can you develop vehicle-specific seat covers for our fitment list?

Yes — send the vehicle list; patterns are developed per vehicle range and fit is confirmed on the sample.

Who is responsible for the claims on our packaging?

The brand owner. We print the content your team approves and supply the documentation arranged for each SKU; we do not originate certification, performance or health claims.

Are your seat covers airbag compatible?

Front seats with side airbags need seat covers with an airbag-compatible seam (a tear seam or open section on the airbag side). We make that construction on request, but we do not claim airbag compatibility on this site: whether a cover is suitable for a given seat must be verified by testing for that pattern and vehicle range, and any “airbag compatible” wording on your packaging needs that documentation. Labeling and claims are the brand owner’s responsibility.

Do your heated car seat covers carry UL, ETL, CE, FCC or E-Mark approval?

No certification, listing or approval mark is claimed on this site. Heated seat covers combine a heating element, a controller, wiring and a 12 V plug, so which electrical-safety, EMC, automotive (for example E-Mark in some markets) and chemical documents apply is decided by the destination market and sales channel. Test reports and certification documentation are available on request and are confirmed per SKU and per order with the supplier and an accredited laboratory before production; marks may only be printed once the documentation for that exact SKU is in place. Labeling and product claims are the brand owner’s responsibility. See the compliance process.

Are your products certified or tested?

We do not display certification marks, listings or test data on this site. Test reports and certification documentation can be provided or arranged per order for your market, as your brand requires: tell us the destination market, sales channel and the standard or document your retailer, marketplace or distributor asks for, and the quotation confirms which documentation applies to each SKU and how it is obtained (existing reports for a product, or testing arranged with a third-party laboratory). See the compliance process in our sourcing guide or ask on the inquiry form.
