Car air purifiers compact cabin purifiers with your brand and packaging

A car air purifier is a compact fan-and-filter unit for the cabin, usually sitting in a cup holder or clipping to a vent or headrest. GearForge supplies car air purifiers — cup-holder, vent-clip, headrest and dashboard formats with replaceable filters and USB-C or 12 V power — to auto accessory retailers, distributors, dealerships and e-commerce sellers, with your housing color, logo, packaging and spare-filter program. Fan, filter and electronics are specified per SKU. No CADR, filtration-efficiency, ozone or health claims are made on this page; test reports can be arranged per order for your market.

Car air purifier formats

  • Cup-holder purifiers — cylindrical units that sit in a cup holder; the most common format.
  • Vent-clip units — small units that clip onto an air vent.
  • Headrest-mounted units — strap to the back of a front headrest for rear-seat passengers.
  • Dashboard / console units — flat units with a non-slip base.

Filters and electronics

Units usually combine a pre-filter, a fine particle filter layer and, optionally, an activated-carbon layer for odors, in a replaceable cartridge. Filter media grade, fan, noise level, power input (USB-C, USB-A or 12 V adapter), fan levels, indicator lights and any air-quality sensor are specified per SKU. Performance values — CADR, filtration efficiency, particle size, noise — are measured on the actual SKU by a laboratory if you need them for your marketing; we publish none here and do not describe the product as removing viruses, allergens or any health hazard.

Ionizer models — documentation first

Ionizer or “negative ion” functions can produce ozone, and some markets regulate ozone emissions from air cleaners (for example, California requires certain air cleaners to meet state ozone-emission rules before they are sold there). If you want an ionizer model, tell us the target markets and channels; the required testing and documentation are confirmed per SKU before production, and labeling and claims remain the brand owner’s responsibility. Filter-only models avoid this question.

Documentation — arranged per order, not claimed here

No certification, listing or test result is claimed for any purifier on this site. Electrical-safety, EMC and radio (for app-connected models), chemical and any performance documentation are arranged per SKU and per order with an accredited laboratory, following the general compliance process.

Who buys car air purifiers

Auto accessory retailers and chains, distributors, dealerships offering a delivery gift or accessory, rideshare and fleet operators, and e-commerce sellers — often with a spare-filter subscription or refill pack.

Frequently asked questions

What CADR or filtration efficiency do your car air purifiers have?

We publish no CADR, filtration-efficiency, particle-size or ozone figures and no health claims. Those values depend on the exact fan, filter media and housing, and must come from test reports for that SKU. Testing and documentation (for example ozone-emission requirements for ionizer models in some markets, or electrical/EMC documents) can be arranged per order for your market — see the compliance process.

Can you supply spare filters under our brand?

Yes — spare cartridges in branded packs are quoted per SKU and suit repeat sales on marketplaces.

Can we sell an ionizer model?

Possibly — ozone emissions from ionizer models are regulated in some markets, so the documentation path for your markets is confirmed per SKU before production. Filter-only models avoid this.

What is the MOQ and lead time?

Both are quoted per SKU. MOQ depends mainly on the product (an existing universal pattern vs. a vehicle-specific or new pattern), material and color, logo method, packaging and the documentation your market needs; lead time depends on customization, sampling and season — sun shades sell ahead of summer and snow covers ahead of winter, so seasonal programs need to be briefed early. Send your quantities and we confirm both on the quotation — see also the packaging & MOQ section of our sourcing guide.

Are your products certified or tested?

We do not display certification marks, listings or test data on this site. Test reports and certification documentation can be provided or arranged per order for your market, as your brand requires: tell us the destination market, sales channel and the standard or document your retailer, marketplace or distributor asks for, and the quotation confirms which documentation applies to each SKU and how it is obtained (existing reports for a product, or testing arranged with a third-party laboratory). See the compliance process in our sourcing guide or ask on the inquiry form.
